Tony Pollard Runs All Over The Giants In Week 3
2 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard had an excellent game in a Week 3 win over the New York Giants. He ran the ball 13 times, gaining 105 yards including a long run of 46 yards. Strangely, he only saw one target in the passing game, and was unable to make the catch. Pollard's 13 carries were behind Ezekiel Elliott's 15, but Elliott only gained 73 yards. He did score the only rushing touchdown in the game for the Cowboys though. Pollard has once again shown to be the better, more explosive Cowboys running back, but he figures to continue splitting backfield time with Elliott, severely limiting the upside of both. Pollard could be a league winner if Elliott gets hurt, though.
