Tony Pollard Gets A Dozen Touches In Week 3
3 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard got a dozen touches in an easy Week 3 win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Pollard ran the ball 11 times for 60 yards and made one catch for five more yards on his only target. Pollard was clearly the best Cowboys running back in Week 2, but Ezekiel Elliott took that title back in Week 3, scoring two touchdowns and out-touching Pollard 20-12. Pollard has developed FLEX value this season even if he keeps playing behind Elliott. If the starter ever misses time though, Pollard would immediately shoot into the RB1 ranks.
