5 years agoDallas Cowboys rookie running back Tony Pollard took four carries in Week 5, gaining 19 yards. Ezekiel Elliott only got 12 carries in a game where the Cowboys were forced to rely on the passing game since they were playing from behind throughout. Pollard's four touches is about what can be expected of him weekly while playing as a direct backup to Elliott.
