Tony La Russa Expects Starters To Get Three Spring Starts
3 years agoChicago White Sox manager Tony La Russa believes that his starting pitchers will make at least three starts each while the team is in Arizona for Spring Training, according to MLB.com's Scott Merkin. The White Sox's rotation currently consists of Lance Lynn, Lucas Giolito, Dylan Cease, Dallas Keuchel and Michael Kopech. There have been rumors that the team is looking to add another starter this offseason. They had been linked to Chris Bassitt before he signed with the New York Mets and the franchise has also been linked to Athletics pitchers Sean Manaea and Frankie Montas. Kopech is the most intriguing Sox pitcher to watch in spring. If he performs well, he could continue to rise up fantasy draft boards prior to the season's start.
