While Tommy Fleetwood does own a fourth-place finish at TPC Southwind in 2019, the 2021 iteration of Fleetwood may not be in store for a similar result. For the better part of two years now, the Englishman has been an average to slightly below average ball-striker. He has not recorded a top-five finish on the PGA Tour since the 2020 Honda Classic, nearly eighteen months ago. He is coming off a 16th-place finish last week at the Olympics, but once again, he was a field average ball-striker, and gained significantly around the green and with his putter. Fleetwood is leaning far too heavily on his short game and putting right now for me to roster him. --Andy Lack
