New Jersey Devils forward Tomas Nosek returned to practice for the first time on Sunday after breaking his foot in a Nov. 18 game against the New York Rangers before undergoing surgery. "It feels really good to be back on the ice with the boys," Nosek said after practice Sunday, "I'm back now and hopefully I'll be good to go." His first chance to return to game action will be Tuesday against the visiting Colorado Avalanche. The 31-year-old is in his first season with the Devils and has no points and a minus-two rating across just six games this season. A career-long bottom-six forward, Nosek has compiled 42 goals and 101 points across 404 career regular-season games in parts of nine seasons with the Red Wings, Golden Knights, Bruins, and Devils.--Brenton Kemp
