5 years agoLos Angeles Rams general manager Les Snead said it's unlikely that running back Todd Gurley (knees) takes part in preseason action this year. The Rams are one of the most cautious teams when it comes to playing their starters in the preseason, so Gurley won't be the only one sitting out. Chronic knee issues have become a concern for the 24-year-old after he sat out down the stretch in the regular season and was severely limited in the NFC Championship and Super Bowl. Gurley is still worth a pick in the top three selections in the first round of fantasy drafts after rushing for 1,000-plus yards in three of his first four seasons, but he's also much more risky as an elite RB1.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
