6 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley has been a borderline MVP candidate all season long. Even when defenses scheme to stop him, he has been able to turn in a solid outing. In Week 14 against the Chicago Bears, that was not the case. Gurley finished with 11 carries for 28 yards to go with three catches for 30 yards. Like the rest of the Rams offense, Gurley was just never able to get into a groove. This doesn't seem like something that will continue moving forward, but defenses know that Gurley is the engine that makes this offense go. He will have to scrap for every yard, but he will be more than capable of doing so.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
