Titans Agree To Terms With Trevon Wesco
2 years agoThe Tennessee Titans agreed to terms with veteran free-agent tight end Trevon Wesco on an undisclosed one-year deal. Wesco was originally drafted in the fourth round in 2019 by the New York Jets out of West Virginia. In his first three years with the Jets, Wesco caught just six of his 10 targets for 87 yards and no touchdowns in 40 games (12 starts). The 27-year-old spent the 2022 season with the Chicago Bears, where he caught two of four targets for 26 yards in 14 games (one start). Wesco is mostly useful for his blocking skills as a tight end and fullback, so he won't have any fantasy value in Tennessee in 2023. He'll add depth for the Titans at the position behind Chigoziem Okonkwo.
