Tim Hardaway Jr. Shines Against Hawks
4 years agoDallas Mavericks shooting guard Tim Hardaway Jr. had a revenge game on Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks, finishing a 122-116 win over his former team with 22 points on 8-for-15 shooting. Most of his makes were from downtown as he went 5-for-10 with the three-ball. Hardaway Jr. also had four assists in 30 minutes off the bench. Following a long spell as a starter, Hardaway Jr. finds himself as a sixth man again which might hurt his ego, but it's good news for fantasy managers, as Luka Doncic is a very high-usage player and Kristaps Porzingis wants to get his shots off as well, so life as a starter on the Mavs isn't easy for others. Hardaway Jr. will be more efficient coming off the bench, and he'll get to show it in back-to-back games against Golden State next.
