Tim Hardaway Jr. Finds Form Against Clippers
4 years agoDallas Mavericks shooting guard Tim Hardaway Jr. finally got going in the third game of the season on Sunday, shooting 7-for-14 from the floor on his way to 18 points in a big 124-73 win over the Clippers. After managing a total of four treys with 13 attempts in the first two games of the season, Hardaway Jr. posted a nice 4-for-8 record from downtown and added five rebounds with two assists, two steals, and zero turnovers. Josh Richardson also had four triples in the contest and finished with 21 points. Hardaway Jr. and the rest of the Mavs look set for another big offensive performance on Wednesday when they will be hosting a Charlotte team that has struggled at the start of the season and owns a poor 111.1 defensive rating.
