Tiger Woods' second start of 2019 wasn't short on drama. After starting the Genesis Open with two lackluster rounds, Woods electrified golf fans with a sizzling third-round 65. He kept the momentum going in the final round with three birdies in his first seven holes and climbed into a tie for fifth. The combination of difficult conditions at Riviera and fatigue eventually caught up with the 14-time major champion and Woods faded down the back stretch, falling into a T15 finish with a final-round 72. Despite the disappointing Sunday finish, he'll carry plenty of positive momentum into this week's WGC-Mexico Championship. --Joe Nicely - RotoBaller

Yes, Tiger Woods is returning to golf after withdrawing from the Genesis Open in February due to an illness that sent the golf world into a frenzy. The clubhouse at Riviera was bombarded with emergency crews to attend to him and for a while, not many people knew what was happening with the 15-time major winner. The most pertinent information regarding Tiger's health, as it pertains to betting and fantasy, is that his "one tournament a month" idea hasn't come to fruition, and the window of opportunity seems to be closing rapidly if it hasn't already. Millions of people would love to see Tiger give us one more show, but the excitement of putting him in DFS lineups just isn't there and hasn't been for quite some time.--Todd McGill - RotoBaller

What's a Masters week without Tiger Woods? The legendary golfer returns to one of his favorite courses this week with almost no recent form, but does that matter? His play at Genesis in February was impressive, and he made the cut at Augusta National last year without any warmup events. The major concern is if Woods' leg can handle four days of walking, and the weather might make that more difficult. Monitor the forecast, which currently calls for rain and colder temperatures. That type of forecast won't do Woods' leg any favors when traversing an already treacherous terrain.--Rob Rose

Due to the injuries sustained in a life-threatening car accident last year, Tiger Woods has been reduced to playing an extremely limited schedule for the foreseeable future. Woods struggled in starts at the Masters and PGA Championship earlier this year but will give it another go this week at the Open Championship. The legend is on record saying that the Old Course at St. Andrews is his favorite golf course and he's triumphed on two previous occasions at the legendary layout. While the 15-time major champion's injuries and lack of tournament reps take him out of serious DFS consideration this week, we've learned over the years that Woods can perform miracles on the golf course. As a result, he can be viewed as a deep-dive GPP option or OAD dart throw.--Joe Nicely - RotoBaller

With very little statistics to go off, it is tough to predict how Tiger Woods will play when he tees it up for the second time this year. He made the cut at The Masters which is essentially his backyard as he has played well there so many times. He heads to Southern Hills where he may not have as much course knowledge to support a golf game that is still hampered by injuries of his car accident a while back. In a field stacked with talent he will have his work cut out to make the cut this week. --Byron Lindeque
