6 years agoThe Texas Rangers are still deciding between relief pitchers Kyle Bird, Connor Sadzeck and Adrian Sampson for their final two spots for an eight-man bullpen. The team also could acquire an arm from outside of the organization, too. Beat writer Jared Sandler considers Bird to have a leg up, as the team would then be able to use Jeffrey Springs in a more versatile role with Bird as the lefty specialist. Either way, take a wait-and-see approach with all of these pitchers in terms of fantasy value. Bird could emerge as a help in ERA and WHIP, as well as holds, in deeper AL-only formats.--Daniel Dobish
