6 years agoThe 26-year-old Belgian golfer, Thomas Pieters, has become notorious for his poor temperament on the golf course. Last weekend at the BMW PGA Championship, Pieters once again displayed his short fuse. On the par-five fourth hole, Pieters took a hack at his second shot from the rough. Clearly displeased with the outcome, Pieters took his nine iron and snapped it in half over the back of his neck. These displays of negative emotion seem to be happening every tournament for Pieters. After reaching a career-high ranking of 23rd in the world last season, Pieters has fallen all the way down to 67th in the Official World Golf Rankings.
