Vancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko is expected to start on Saturday night versus the Seattle Kraken. Demko has won six straight starts and went 7-1 in December for the Canucks with a .946 save percentage and a goals-against-average of just 1.72. The goalie has not been quite as good on the road while allowing just about three goals a game. Demko's saving grace is his last two starts on the road which saw him give up just three goals on 59 shots in two wins. The Vancouver goaltender stands a good chance of winning again tonight. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller

Vancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko (lower body) has been confirmed as the starter for Monday's matchup against the New Jersey Devils. He will make his long-awaited comeback after missing 15 games due to a lower-body injury. Inconsistency has been an issue for Demko in 2024-25, as he has posted a 6-6-3 record. The 29-year-old boasts one shutout and has allowed 2.87 goals with a .891 save percentage. The Canucks will have Demko back on Monday, but they have lost Elias Pettersson (undisclosed) and Nils Hoglander (undisclosed) up front, which complicates their life against New Jersey.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Vancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko (lower body) practiced at full capacity on Sunday. This was his first full practice session since Demko suffered a lower-body injury six weeks ago. On Thursday, it was reported that Demko would return to the lineup as Kevin Lankinen's backup against the St. Louis Blues, but he has remained sidelined. There is still no timetable for Demko's return, but he appears to be nearing his comeback. Demko has battled three separate health issues this season, which has limited him to only 17 starts. He holds a 6-6-3 record with a 2.87 goals-against average, a .891 save percentage, and one shutout.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Vancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko (lower body) will return to the lineup on Thursday against the St. Louis Blues, dressing as the backup to Kevin Lankinen. Demko has been out of action since Feb. 8 due to a lower-body injury. Now that he is once again considered game-ready, Demko could return to the net on Saturday when the Canucks take on the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden. Demko owns a 6-6-3 record for the season with 2.87 goals allowed. At the start of February, he posted his first shutout of the season, and Demko's save percentage stands at .891. Demko's return has a negative impact on Lankinen's fantasy stock, but he has been solid during his absence and will likely continue to see significant playing time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Vancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko (lower body) will accompany the team on its upcoming six-game road trip. On Tuesday, Demko participated in a full team skate for the first time since he suffered a lower-body injury on Feb. 8. Demko, who has posted a 6-3-3 record this season, seems to be nearing his return to action. "I know it's only a morning skate, but for him to get the full net is a big step for us to see where he'll be at here in two, three days," Canucks head coach Rick Tocchet said on Tuesday. Vancouver begins its trip on Thursday with a visit to St. Louis. Kevin Lankinen will remain between the sticks for Tuesday's matchup against the Winnipeg Jets, with Arturs Silovs serving as the backup.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
