4 years agoVancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko will take on the Calgary Flames in his 33rd start of the season on Thursday. He's had mixed results in the matchup so far with a 1-2-1 record. Demko has won only two outings since the team returned from a COVID-19 break, which has dropped his record for the year to 14-17-1. The 25-year-old has given up 2.89 goals per game with a .914 save percentage and one shutout. The Canucks have a poor road record, and they boast just five wins from their last 18 trips to Calgary, so Demko finds himself in a very tough spot on Thursday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
