Tevin Coleman Could Bounce Back Monday
6 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Tevin Coleman has a real chance to bounce back against the New York Giants on Monday. With Devonta Freeman on the injured reserve Coleman will lead this backfield, potentially for the rest of the season. However, Coleman has struggled recently averaging just 40 rushing yards and 15 yards receiving in the last three games he has been the Falcons lead running back. It will be interesting to see this week whether the way Coleman is used changes now that he is confirmed as the lead back for the foreseeable future. In addition, Coleman is facing a Giants defense who rank 12th worst in fantasy points allowed to running backs. This week is perhaps the final week I can recommend Coleman as a #2 running back if we do not see something positive from him.
