Carolina Hurricanes winger Teuvo Teravainen had by far the best performance of the season on Monday, finishing a 7-3 victory against Columbus with one goal and three assists. The former Blackhawk had managed only three points for the season in nine games prior to Monday's action. Teravainen, who was close to averaging a point per game in the past two seasons, has clearly been off form, but he now has goals in back-to-back outings and looks ready to start making up for lost time.
