Terry McLaurin Makes Up For Awful First Half In Garbage Time
2 years agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin caught six out of nine targets for 102 yards in Sunday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Along with the rest of the Commanders, the fourth-year receiver struggled mightily in the first half as he failed to catch his only target. In what was shaping up to be a terrible performance for the former Buckeye, garbage time came to the rescue. During late-game stat padding by the entire Commanders offense, McLaurin was able to create his highest receiving yardage total of the season. The Commanders will be taking on the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4 for their second straight divisional matchup. Against a team that isn't as threatening as the Eagles, McLaurin should be a solid WR2 for fantasy managers.
