Terry McLaurin Facing Solid Matchup Against Dallas
2 years agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin is facing a solid matchup this week against the Dallas Cowboys. Over the last four weeks, the Cowboys have allowed the fourth most fantasy points per game to the wide receiver position, making the 27-year-old appear as a solid play in Week 18. However, there is the added risk that his playing time could take a dip as the Commanders are no longer competing for a playoff spot and they may want to give the younger players some run. This is already being seen with rookie Sam Howell starting at quarterback and Washington's two starting running backs being ruled out. So, while the matchup is strong, the odds that McLaurin has a diminished workload are too high to feel comfortable starting him.
