Terron Armstead Retires
43 seconds agoMiami Dolphins five-time Pro Bowl left tackle Terron Armstead is officially retiring, ending a star-studded 12-year career in the NFL, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Armstead was one of the best left tackles of his generation after starting his career with the New Orleans Saints after they selected him in the third round (75th overall) of the 2013 draft out of Arkansas-Pine Bluff. The 33-year-old spent the first nine seasons of his NFL career in the Big Easy, where he was named a Pro Bowler three straight years from 2018-20. He spent the last three seasons with the Dolphins and was a Pro Bowler in both 2022 and 2023. Armstead started 15 games for the Dolphins in his final season in 2024 and started 131 of the 135 games he appeared in over the course of his illustrious career. The Dolphins will have big shoes to fill at left tackle going into the 2025 campaign.
