Terrence Ross Explodes For 22 Fourth-Quarter Points
3 years agoOrlando Magic guard/forward Terrence Ross showed up for just one quarter in Sunday's meeting with the Knicks, scoring all of his 22 points in the fourth to help his side to a 110-104 victory. He finished the game with 6-for-11 shooting and recorded three assists with one rebound and two steals. Ross was 2-for-6 from three-point range and hit eight of his nine attempts from the charity stripe. The 30-year-old is a microwave scorer who's been Orlando's key piece off the bench for years now. Ross averaged a career-high 15.6 points per game last season and might do even better this season, with the likes of Aaron Gordon and Nikola Vucevic out of the way and not asking for touches. He'll be back out there on Monday against the Heat, who have allowed the seventh-most bench points in the league early in the season.
