Teoscar Hernandez Slugs Grand Slam In Win
3 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Teoscar Hernandez kept his strong second half going on Tuesday by slugging his first career grand slam in the team's 7-2 win over the Angels. The 413' foot shot to left field blew the game wide open for his 18th bomb and 77th RBI of the season as he finished the game going 2-for-5. Hernandez is leading the AL in RBI with 29 so far in the second half to go along with seven homers, 19 runs, and a .330 BA in 26 games after receiving his first ever All-Star selection. Managers should continue to expect stellar numbers the rest of the way as he looks more dangerous than ever locked into the middle of the Jays batting order.
