Temper Expectations for Andrew Luck in Week 10
6 years agoThe Indianapolis Colts have managed to keep quarterback Andrew Luck upright this season. The seventh-year passer hasn't been sacked in a career-high 156 consecutive dropbacks and continues to put up exceptionally efficient red zone numbers, but a tough matchup with a Jacksonville Jaguars defense allowing the second fewest yards per pass attempt could bring him back down to earth. That being said, Jacksonville's secondary has been beatable to the tune of three touchdown passes from Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz and 313 passing yards from Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Considering how Luck has been a top-10 scorer in five straight games, fantasy owners shouldn't hesitate to ride the hot streak with the Colts playing at home and plug him in as a fringe QB1.
