6 years agoNew Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton said that quarterback Teddy Bridgewater will start in Week 17 against the Panthers in a meaningless game. It mean Drew Brees will be rested with the team already locking up home-field advantage in the NFC playoffs. Expect other starters such as Alvin Kamara, Michael Thomas and Mark Ingram to be rested, making them all ones to avoid for anyone still playing for something in Week 17.
