6 years agoNew Jersey Devils left wing Taylor Hall (lower body) will not play in Monday's road game against the Pittsburgh Penguins due to his lower-body injury. He was forced to miss the All-Star weekend due to the injury, replaced by teammate Kyle Palmieri on the roster. The good news is that he was able to skate on his own for the first time before practice on Sunday. "He is progressing," head coach John Hynes said. However, he might be healing, but isn't mending as quickly as originally projected. Fantasy owners heading into the new scoring period will want to reserve him immediately and wait to see him play a full game without any setbacks before activating him again.--Daniel Dobish
