Chicago Blackhawks left wing Taylor Hall (knee) is looking to produce a strong bounce-back year following an injury-hit 2023-24 campaign. "I'm really confident I'll be a solid contributor for the Blackhawks this year," Hall told Ben Pope of The Chicago Sun-Times. "What makes me say that is the hockey I've played and the preparation I've done this summer. ... I know I can be a difference-maker for our team." The former MVP was limited to only 10 appearances in his debut season with the Blackhawks. He suffered a shoulder injury in only the second game of the season and an ACL injury in November, which ended his campaign. Hall's fantasy stock has plummeted in recent years, but he aims to become a 30-goal scorer again and should be motivated by the fact that it's a contract year for him. --Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Carolina Hurricanes left wing Taylor Hall posted his sixth career hat trick during their 5-2 victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday evening. Hall would do all of his damage in the final period. He first found the back of the net on the power play. Later in the frame, he would add his second goal during 5-on-5 play and would cap off his evening with the empty-netter. He logged just three shots on goal and did not add a hit or a blocked shot. Over his last eight games, Hall has begun to turn the corner as he has only been held off the scoresheet twice. During this stretch, the 33-year-old has scored five goals and added four helpers with two of his goals coming on the power play. Given his role on the second offensive line and top power-play unit, he remains a solid option in all standard formats.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

Chicago Blackhawks left wing Taylor Hall (undisclosed) is in danger of missing Tuesday's contest against Washington. He is considered a game-time decision for the matchup. It would be very unfortunate for Hall if he has to sit on Tuesday because he's had his best stretch of the season lately. Over the past four games, Hall has produced two goals and two assists. The former MVP has struggled for most of the campaign, amassing seven goals and 14 points in 30 outings. Philipp Kurashev is projected to join Frank Nazar and Tyler Bertuzzi on the second line if Hall isn't available versus the Capitals.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Chicago Blackhawks left wing Taylor Hall had a hand in both goals as the team shocked the New York Rangers on Monday with a 2-1 win at Madison Square Garden. Hall helped Tyler Bertuzzi start the scoring in the contest in the first period, and he netted a goal himself with his only shot on target in the second frame. It was Hall's third multi-point performance of the season. The former MVP tends to come alive occasionally, but his work overall has been lacking. Through 27 outings, Hall has registered six goals and six assists. He's yet to find the score sheet in back-to-back games this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Chicago Blackhawks left wing Taylor Hall regained his MVP form for one night as he netted his fifth career hat trick in Wednesday's 6-2 win over Dallas. Hall started the damage just 17 seconds into the game and already had two goals inside six minutes. He hadn't scored three goals in a single game since 2013. The 2018 Hart Trophy winner has had a difficult time in recent years, and his production has been lacking in 2024-25 as well, even leading to Hall sitting as a healthy scratch. He's on nine points (five goals, four assists) in 21 games and belongs on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
