Tanner Houck Locks Down Three-Inning Save
3 years agoBoston Red Sox pitcher Tanner Houck collected his first save of the year Friday, throwing the last three innings of a 4-0 win over the New York Yankees. He allowed one hit and one walk and struck out three. It's an excellent start to this stint in the major leagues for Houck, who will be used in a hybrid role going forward. His next appearance is lined up to be a start against the Toronto Blue Jays. Fantasy managers should keep an eye on his usage, as there's plenty of upside to be had, especially in the strikeout department.
