2 years agoNow with losses in three of his last four contests, Tanner Boser did not get the outcome he desired on Saturday by dropping a split decision (27-30, 29-28, 28-29) to Rodrigo Nascimento Ferreira in the main card's only heavyweight bout. Though Boser held the edge in striking statistics, the difference came in the grappling and wrestling game, with Ferreira earning three takedowns and having a control time of over eight minutes. In an all-out standup battle, Boser could have taken this contest. He should be matchup-dependent for fantasy managers if you are thinking about starting him on fight nights.--Matt Bricker
