4 months agoCleveland Guardians starting pitcher Tanner Bibee (shoulder) is going to have his next scheduled start pushed back a few days due to shoulder tightness, according to Zack Meisel of The Athletic. Bibee was originally scheduled to take the mound on Saturday afternoon against the Baltimore Orioles but now will cede duties to Joey Cantillo. Bibee has enjoyed a great sophomore season as he has posted a strong 3.48 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, and a 31:132 BB:K ratio. In his last start, he logged six innings of two-run ball against the Tigers. This injury does not seem significant, as the right-hander looks poised to return to the bump sometime next week. Cantillo should be faded in DFS competitions on Saturday as he will face the high-powered Baltimore Orioles and he did not fare well against the Phillies last week.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
