"Optimistic... today will be a big day for him," Pederson said. Fantasy managers will want to check back later on Friday for the team's final injury report, where Bigsby is likely to pick up a questionable tag for Sunday's contest against the Detroit Lions. In addition to the injury, the 23-year-old's fantasy stock is down considerable heading into the weekend with quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) set to miss a second straight game. In last week's loss to the Minnesota Vikings with Mac Jones under center, Bigsby had just two carries for four yards.
