Tank Bigsby Scores Touchdown In Rookie Debut At Colts
1 year agoJacksonville Jaguars running back Tank Bigsby rushed seven times for only 13 yards but scored his first NFL touchdown in a victory over the Colts. The rookie had quite an eventful debut overall. He tipped a pass that led to Trevor Lawrence's interception and had a presumed incomplete pass turned fumble knocked out of his hands and returned for a touchdown. The former Auburn standout redeemed himself of these blunders by punching in a one-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter that gave the Jaguars the lead. While Bigsby is the clear No. 2 behind Etienne, he received a couple of goal-line carries and converted one of them, signaling that he may be the Jags' preferred option in that field area. While the rookie does have a role in this offense, more is needed to trust him in any fantasy lineup for Week 2 against the Chiefs.
