T.J. McConnell Ends 2019 With A Double-Double
5 years agoIndiana Pacers point guard T.J. McConnell recorded his first double-double of the season on Tuesday, finishing a 115-97 win over the Sixers with 11 points and 10 assists. He shot 3-for-7 from the field and 5-for-6 at the line, while logging a season-high 27 minutes. McConnel played a bigger role as Malcolm Brogdon (back) exited the game after eight minutes and the game turned into a blowout. He could receive more playing time again on Thursday against Denver, although Aaron Holiday is the main beneficiary of Brogdon's absence. He managed five points, seven assists, and five rebounds in 31 minutes on Tuesday.
