Steven Kwan Exits With Hamstring Tightness On Sunday
3 years agoCleveland Guardians outfielder Steven Kwan (hamstring) was removed in the third inning of Sunday's game against the New York Yankees due to right hamstring tightness. Ernie Clement came in to replace Kwan in left field. Kwan certainly got banged up this weekend in the Bronx. He suffered a head injury in Saturday's game after colliding with the outfield wall. He was able to clear the league's concussion protocols and start Sunday's game, but now this hamstring injury has flared up. We don't know anything about the severity of the injury at this point, but more details should become available after the game.
