4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans center Steven Adams was back in game action on Wednesday, finishing a 128-118 win over Detroit with 14 points and 15 rebounds. He missed only once from the field with eight attempts and added three assists, two blocks, and one steal in 31 minutes. Willy Hernangomez dropped back to the bench and had six points and five rebounds in 16 minutes with three blocks. Adams' return hurts Hernangomez's value, but the two actually managed to co-exist quite nicely before Adams was sidelined for a couple of games, with the Spaniard even being the more productive player of the duo.
