Steven Adams Remains Sidelined For Sunday’s Game
4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans center Steven Adams (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against Charlotte as he continues to battle a toe sprain. Adams has seen a combined 37 minutes over two games in New Orleans' last eight outings, paving the way for Jaxson Hayes and Willy Hernangomez to emerge as streamer and DFS options. Even when healthy, Adams has scored in double digits just once in his last five appearances, making him a rebound-dependent fantasy asset. His next chance to return comes Monday versus the Grizzlies.

Steven Adams Not On The Injury Report For Tuesday
4 weeks agoHouston Rockets center Steven Adams (ankle) looks set to return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Milwaukee Bucks, as the team hasn't listed him on the injury report. Adams missed Saturday's matchup against the Utah Jazz as Houston completed a back-to-back set. On Tuesday, the veteran big man will provide additional depth in the frontcourt behind starting center Alperen Sengun. Adams is a fantasy afterthought these days, with him averaging 3.6 points and 5.2 rebounds in 12.4 minutes.

Steven Adams Not Listed On The Injury Report
1 month agoHouston Rockets center Steven Adams (ankle) is not on the injury report against the Warriors, even though there was an earlier report that the 31-year-old would sit out since the Rockets were playing the second half of a back-to-back set of games. Adams had five points and six rebounds while playing just 10 minutes against the Suns, so maybe the lighter workload is part of why he can bounce back and play again on Thursday. He has been dealing with an ankle injury that has had him in and out of the lineup, but it looks like he'll be available to serve as the primary backup for Alperen Sengun in the Rockets' last game before the All-Star break.

Steven Adams Will Not Play On Thursday
1 month agoHouston Rockets center Steven Adams (ankle) will be held out of the team's second game in a back-to-back situation on Thursday against the Golden State Warriors. Adams has recently been in and out of the lineup due to an ankle injury. He will be rested against the Warriors after Adams registered five points and six rebounds in 10 minutes Wednesday night in a 119-111 win over the Phoenix Suns. Jock Landale and Jeff Green didn't see the court on Wednesday and will be fully rested to back up Alperen Sengun. However, the two don't have any fantasy value.

Steven Adams Ruled Out For Thursday
1 month agoHouston Rockets center Steven Adams (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Thursday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The big man only managed to play 13 minutes during Tuesday's game and appears to be dealing with a left ankle injury. His absence should mean that Jock Landale will be asked to be the primary backup to Alperen Sengun. There probably won't be enough playing time available for Landale to be worth a look as a streaming option on Thursday. The next chance for Adams to play will be Saturday against the Dallas Mavericks.
