Stephen Strasburg Allows Three Runs Over Five Innings
4 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Stephen Strasburg was tagged with his second loss of the season in Thursday's game against the Cincinnati Reds. Strasburg pitched five innings and allowed five hits, one walk and three earned runs while striking out five. Strasburg is now 1-2 with a 4.43 ERA and 1.33 WHIP over four starts this year. This was his second start since returning from the injured list. He missed over a month due to right shoulder inflammation. Next up for Strasburg will be a tough matchup against the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday.
