Stephen Curry Will Have An MRI On Thursday
2 years agoGolden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry (shoulder) injured his left shoulder in the third quarter of Wednesday's meeting with the Pacers and didn't return. Head coach Steve Kerr provided an update while speaking to the media after the game, reporting that Curry will have an MRI on Thursday. The 34-year-old has played exceptionally well this season, averaging 29.6 points and shooting 43.2% from behind the arc. It's possible he'll miss time, especially with the Warriors having four games remaining on its road trip. If that's the case, Jordan Poole will probably slide into the starting lineup and should benefit from a production standpoint. Klay Thompson and Andrew Wiggins (groin), whenever he returns, will also help carry most of the load offensively.
