Stephen Curry Drops 47 Points On Sacramento
2 years agoGolden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry showed no mercy to the Kings Monday night, completing a 116-113 win with a season-high 47 points. He nailed seven triples and shot 17-for-24 overall from the field, whilst getting eight rebounds, and eight assists without a single turnover in 38 minutes. This was a very special performance from the former MVP, with Curry getting very close to a 50-point triple-double. He has now posted his best scoring output of the season in back-to-back games, trying to do everything he can to kick-start Golden State's campaign. Next up, Curry faces a game against Cleveland before taking on the Kings again on Sunday. Sacramento has a poor defensive record against point guards, so we can expect something special again from Curry in the rematch, but Friday's meeting with the Cavs is a much trickier matchup for him.
