Stay Away From Green Bay Defense In Week 9
6 years agoGreen Bay’s defense and special teams showed some promise last week against an explosive Los Angeles Rams offense. Despite that promise, it still did not result in a strong fantasy performance. They will be facing another strong offense this week when they take on the New England Patriots. Green Bay remains a solid streaming option only when they have a favorable matchup. They tend to do poorly against experienced quarterbacks and New England signal-caller Tom Brady certainly applies. There may be some panic about the loss of safety HaHa Clinton-Dix, however that is likely overblown. Clinton-Dix was highly overrated and was frequently nowhere to be found. They should be able to put cornerback Tramon Williams or Bashaud Breeland at safety to fill in for what was already a struggling unit. Hold off on using Green Bay’s defense until Week 11 when they take on the Arizona Cardinals.
