10 months agoAccording to ESPN's Dave McMenamin, Los Angeles Lakers guard Spencer Dinwiddie is expected to practice with his new team on Monday. From there, he's predicted to be active for Tuesday's meeting with the Detroit Pistons. The 2014 No. 38 overall pick was traded to the Raptors from Brooklyn on Thursday. But he didn't last in Toronto, with both sides agreeing to a buyout. Dinwiddie averaged 12.6 points and 6.0 assists this season, among the worst numbers of his career. Yet, he has a chance at a fresh start in Los Angeles, a team that needed depth but wasn't as active as anticipated around the trade deadline.
