2 years agoThe Carolina Panthers have elevated running back Spencer Brown from the practice squad. He's expected to be active for Week 9 against the Cincinnati Bengals after Chuba Hubbard (ankle) was ruled out. Brown registered his first snaps of the season last Sunday, rushing six times for 27 yards. He should continue to see touches this week, but not enough to give him any fantasy appeal.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
