Solomon Hill Drops 22 Points In First Start
5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies small forward Solomon Hill replaced Jonas Valanciunas (illness) in the starting lineup on Monday against Indiana, and he finished his first start of the season with 22 points on 9-for-14 shooting. He shot a very good 4-for-6 from downtown and played a big part on the defensive end as well with three steals. Hill added six rebounds and two assists in 33 minutes. The Grizzlies continue their season against the struggling Bulls, who are a mediocre defensive team. However, they do have a good record against small forwards, allowing the fifth-fewest points per 48 minutes to the position this season.
