Skyy Moore Feeling Comfortable In Chiefs Offense
1 year agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Skyy Moore had a quiet rookie season after being selected in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft. The Western Michigan product caught just 22 passes for 250 yards and zero touchdowns in the regular season but did score a touchdown in Super Bowl 57. However, Moore is apparently more comfortable with the Chiefs' playbook and the speed of the game heading into 2023. "Now I can show why they drafted me... I'm really trying to slim down... I definitely got the hang of everything, what Pat likes," Moore said. " I knew what I needed to improve on. I found out early last season." Moore will compete with Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Rashee Rice, and Kadarius Toney for targets, but tight end Travis Kelce should continue to operate as the clear No. 1 target for Patrick Mahomes.
