8 months agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher prospect Simeon Woods Richardson will make his season debut for Triple-A St. Paul on Tuesday. Woods Richardson was once a highly touted prospect and brought along with Austin Martin for Jose Berrios a few seasons ago. The 23-year=old has dealt with injuries and unimpressive results thus far and is no longer a consensus Top-100 prospect, but that doesn't mean that he can't correct his trajectory with a strong season. The Twins have some good depth with starting pitchers, so it's likely it would take a few injuries or dominance on the mound for Woods Richardson to get the promotion. A former big name in dynasty leagues, Woods Richardson is worth keeping an eye on, but can safely be on the waiver wire.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
