Sidney Crosby Nears Season Debut
3 years agoPittsburgh Penguins center Sidney Crosby (wrist) was a full participant at Wednesday's practice, which is a sign that he's close to making his season debut. He skated between Jake Guentzel and Evan Rodrigues. The Penguins captain hasn't been ruled out for Thursday's clash with the Flames. Time flies and No. 87 is now 34 years old, but he's still an elite player who'll be collecting points in a hurry once he's in the lineup, with his linemates joining in on the fun as well. Crosby will look to reach 500 career goals and 1,400 points in 2021-22.
