Short-Game Struggles A Concern For Sam Stevens
1 year agoSam Stevens has no issues with his ball-striking, but the second half of his game is a cause for concern this week. All reports from the U.S. Open have warned that the rough around the greens will give golfers trouble when they miss the green. Stevens has struggled with his short game this season, and this week will be even more difficult than the average PGA Tour course. There's a chance Stevens' ball-striking is so good he can still make the cut at $6,600, but anything inside the top 40 will be tough to do.
