Shohei Ohtani Rips Two-Run Homer In Friday's Loss
8 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers designated hitter Shohei Ohtani blasted his second home run of the year in Friday's 9-7 loss to the Chicago Cubs. Ohtani went 2-5 with two RBI and two runs, adding a double to go along with his two-run shot, with both hits coming off Cubs starter Kyle Hendricks. The 29-year-old continues to warm up in the Dodgers lineup, now hitting .286 with a .850 OPS over 10 games. He'll have a tougher matchup vs Cubs lefty Jordan Wicks on Saturday before facing off against fellow Japanese star Shota Imanaga on Sunday.
