Shohei Ohtani Continues Incredible Season
4 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers designated hitter Shohei Ohtani continued his incredible season by going 3-for-5 with a double and two-run home run in Tuesday's victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks. Ohtani has been leading off with Mookie Betts (wrist) sidelined, but hasn't missed a beat at the plate. He also hasn't missed a beat since signing with the Dodgers this offseason as he is now hitting .320 with 27 homers, 64 RBI, 16 stolen bases and a ridiculous 1.048 OPS. Ohtani continues to be one of the best players in the world and is doing it in arguably the best lineup in the league. Not that managers needed any reassurance, but Ohtani remains of the best players in the game and managers should have no reason to entertain offers for the superstar.
