1 year agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Shane McClanahan (forearm) has been transferred to the 60-day injured list. The 26-year-old hurler will be out for the rest of the season while dealing with left forearm tightness. McClanahan and the Rays have sought several second opinions in order to determine whether he needs surgery or not but nothing has been concrete so far. He can safely be dropped in any re-draft non-keeper fantasy leagues at this point. He has a chance to be ready for the start of the 2024 season if surgery is avoided.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
